Improve your stability anywhere, anytime. Standing in line at the grocery store or sitting at your desk, engage your core muscles by pulling your abdomen (aka stomach) up and in towards your spine. Hold for a count of 8 and release. Repeat this exercise 8 times. Don’t forget to breath!

Encourage sleep with these simplistic breathing techniques. Lay in your bed, on your back, with your arms down by your sides and your palms facing up. Close your eyes then inhale for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 4 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat this pattern 8 times and you will be on your way to a restful nights sleep.
