You can strengthen your legs in the water by doing flutter kicks. Here’s how:
- Hold on to the wall, face down and kick for 5 minutes.
- Turn over, hold on to the wall and work your adductors and abductors (inner and outer thighs) by opening and closing your legs.
- Using water resistance will help you get your legs in shape in no time.
