How can you integrate more exercise into your daily life? Here are a few tips:

  • Always use the stairs
  • Carry items, such as books and groceries, to build strength
  • Walk or jog to and from your local shops, parks and schools
  • Park your car as far away from the entrance as possible
  • Get off the bus a few stops early
